Refunds & Returns

A message about current events: Our teams are focused on serving as many pet parents as possible, and due to high demand for essentials, we’re temporarily not able to change existing orders.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it! Go to your confirmation email, and click "Cancel Order". If for any reason you cannot find this, email our customer service team at: info@dogtimez.com

We offer you a 30-day refund guarantee, given the following cases:

1) You are not satisfied with your item and it derives from the product description

2) The item has arrived damaged

3) You have changed your mind for various reasons

If the item is damaged, we request that you send us photos. Once we have evaluated the case, we will E-Mail you back and approve or disapprove the refund.

We will provide you the return address, but costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions apply for accidental orders, where we are not held responsible and do not offer a refund (unless you email us within 1 hour of your order time).

According to our refund and return policy, you can take full advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee and return the goods, if you are not satisfied with your order. Send us an E-Mail to into@dogtimez.com and we'll provide you with the return address.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and once we receive your items back in our warehouse, we will send you a full refund.


Most orders arrive within 1-4 weeks (most US orders arrive in 7-15 days & International orders in 15-25 days) of the purchase date. 

If your order hasn't arrived and it's been longer than 4 weeks, contact us at info@dogtimez.com and we correct the issue as quickly as possible.

All orders receive a tracking number upon purchase, you will receive tracking updates along the way - You will see:

Preparing for Shipment: This means we’re currently processing and packing the goodies for your pet. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information. 

Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a link to track your package. 

Delivered: Your order has arrived!

If for any reason you do not receive these, email our customer service team (info@dogtimez.com) with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you! 

Yep! We offer free US shipping on orders of $50 or more!

When your item has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail right after, along with a tracking code.
